Review DIM divisor on ACCT-204 — invoice EX-201

Hello,

Please review the dimensional weight treatment on account ACCT-204, invoice EX-201, for the week of Oct 5.

Our amendment covers both ACCT-101 and ACCT-204. It specifies a divisor of 194 for eligible Domestic Ground packages above 250 cubic inches, effective October 1.

Our review of the newly received invoices found a discrepancy on invoice EX-201. Account ACCT-101, invoice EX-101, matches the negotiated DIM treatment for the reviewed packages. Account ACCT-204, invoice EX-201, has billed weights matching 139 instead.

For example, shipments ACCT-101-1 and ACCT-204-1 each measure 20 × 16 × 12 inches and weigh 12 lb, using Ground, Zone 5. The agreement gives a billable weight of 20 lb. ACCT-101 is billed at 20 lb; ACCT-204 is billed at 28 lb, with a $4.56 difference in transportation and related fuel.

Across 2323 eligible shipments on ACCT-204, invoice EX-201, the calculated difference is $10,292.88. The 3484 reviewed shipments on ACCT-101, invoice EX-101 have no difference for this DIM issue and are excluded from the adjustment request.

Please confirm the applicable divisor, review the affected charges on ACCT-204 for adjustment, and confirm that the contracted divisor will apply to future eligible shipments on ACCT-204. The agreement clause and shipment reconciliation are ready for your review.

Thank you.
