When you request a demo

We collect the name, work email, company, walkthrough focus, and optional context you submit so we can respond and prepare your demo. Web3Forms delivers the inquiry to our team. Cal.com handles scheduling and receives the details needed for your booking. Please do not include customer data or confidential shipment or contract information in the form.

Website analytics and session recordings

We use Google Analytics to understand website visits and actions, such as demo requests. We use Microsoft Clarity for behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session recordings to understand how visitors use the site and improve the experience. These services can use cookies and similar technologies and process information about your device, browser, pages visited, and interactions. They currently load when you visit the website.

We also use PostHog to measure page visits and the steps from starting a demo request to a confirmed booking. PostHog uses a browser identifier stored in cookies and browser storage. When you use our application, this identifier can connect website activity to your application account. We send campaign labels and inquiry or booking references with these events, but do not send the name, email, company, or free-text notes entered in the demo form to PostHog. We also use PostHog session recordings to review page navigation, clicks, and scrolling. Form inputs are masked, embedded booking frames are excluded, and console logs and network request bodies are not recorded. We do not load PostHog when your browser sends Global Privacy Control, and its event capture respects Do Not Track.

Campaign and inquiry attribution

We retain campaign information from the page URL during your visit, including campaign tags and advertising click identifiers when present. We include this information and an inquiry reference with demo inquiries and scheduling context so we can connect a response to its source. Our same-visit campaign-link feature does not itself create an additional cookie or use browser storage; the analytics services described above have their own data collection.
