Create the document the decision needs
Choose Create Artifact on a completed Advisor response and add an optional focus for what the document should emphasize. ParcelAdvisor prepares it in the background while you keep working, then returns a clean document rather than a chat transcript.
The saved conversation through the selected response remains the factual source. Focus can guide selection and emphasis; it cannot add facts or override the source.
Refine it without losing the record
Update an Artifact from a later Advisor answer in the same conversation, or regenerate the current version from the same frozen source with a different focus. Every change creates a new version, and earlier versions remain unchanged.
Share the decision, keep the evidence attached
Artifacts start private. Owners can share every version with authenticated members of their ParcelAdvisor organization or save the clean document as a PDF for people outside the platform.
The owner can inspect the frozen source excerpts behind each version and reopen the source chat. Shared organization viewers receive the decision record; owner-only source evidence stays protected.
